We saw a listing in our community go up by Lisa and we decided we would wait to see how she did with it before making a decision. It sold in one weekend! So, we reached out to her online and she worked around our schedule to set up a visit. She kept in contact during the entire process. She went above and beyond to get items fixed after inspections and to make the house show better. I live 300 miles away from where the house was located and it was difficult to arrange some of the items that needed to get done but Lisa had suggestions about what to do and scheduled some of the items herself with workmen that she knew. Lisa was very supportive every step of the way. It wouldn't have happened without Lisa's extra efforts.
